MLS Billing - Updated

Mandatory Listings Filing - Updated
For Pinellas County, residential, multifamily and vacant land listings must be filed within two business days after all necessary signatures have been obtained. Section 4.1, Section 5.0 and Section 10.2 have been revised and updated.
